Migros Culture Percentage Eastern Switzerland

Funding is generally available to cultural and social institutions that are not self-supporting, profit-orientated nor commercially active. 

Each organisation can receive a grant no more than once a year.  

The application should include a detailed budget, a description of the project, the location and date of the event and a convincing key message.  

Applications can only be submitted in German.

  Migros Eastern Switzerland funds pop, rock and folk as well as classical music. 

• Theatre for all
  Migros Eastern Switzerland supports theatres and cabaret/open-air stages.

• Generations
  Migros Eastern Switzerland promotes the coming together of generations in a variety of ways.  

• Volunteering
  Migros Eastern Switzerland supports volunteering in Switzerland.  

• Environmental education
  Migros Eastern Switzerland promotes awareness of nature and the environment among children and young people. 

• Sports funding
  Migros Eastern Switzerland supports running, outdoor projects and many clubs. 

• Youth support
  Migros Eastern Switzerland promotes the diverse activities of youth organisations.

• Professional cultural workers and organisations (with the exception of small theatres and cabarets)  

• Individual athletes

Applications must be submitted via the online form no later than 6 weeks before the event or the start of the project. Projects that have already taken place and applications that have been submitted too late cannot be considered. 

A decision will be made within four to five weeks after the application has been submitted.
