Professional profile
My main focuses are
- Social democratisation and transformation
- Accompanying transformation processes in cultural institutions, funding bodies and foundations from a diversity-sensitive and anti-discriminatoryperspective
- Building and supporting diversity competence in institutions
- Needs-orientated and participative development of values, visions and procedures
- Individual coaching and group work, process- and resource-orientated
- Migration society; post-migrant Switzerland
How I can support
- Context: I create spaces for authentic, honest and courageous conversations.
- Agency: Together, we develop visions, goals and measures to be credibly embodied and supported by the institution.
- Reflection: Examine preconceptions, stereotypes, own socialisation and imprints, unlearn the old, develop a culture of error
- Change of perspective: I recognise diversity as a social reality and consider it a resource to be used, not as a problem to be solved or managed.
What drives me
How do we deal with social change in order to learn on a personal level and as institutions and to break down discriminatory barriers?
What do we mean by diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities? What tools do we need to create a worthy space for ourselves and others in which we can live these values?
When we talk about the desire for change, how do we unlearn conditions, assumptions and habits so that we can better align ourselves with our goals?
«The ultimate, hidden truth of the world is that it is something that we make, and could just as easily make differently.» ― David Graeber
