Double: Mentoring and coaching platform
Double is the mentoring and coaching platform of the Migros Culture Percentage. The scheme pairs experienced experts with younger colleagues from the same line of work. The scheme pairs experienced experts with younger colleagues from the same line of work – for a dialogue lasting one or more years. The fields covered are literature, dance, theatre, pop, classical music, art, cabaret, Jazz and film.
Support with many facets
The mentoring and coaching focuses on either the artist’s work, how to reflect on and experiment with new working methods, or what the next professional move should be.
The mentoring and coaching sessions are flanked by the annual Double network meeting and participation in sector-specific programmes offered by the Migros Culture Percentage projects m2act, Steps, Story Lab and m4music. Double also provides opportunities for residential retreats to inspire concentrated working and collaboration.
