Twice a year, Migros Vaud organises meetings dedicated to female leadership, bringing together committed individuals from a variety of backgrounds. These events provide a forum for discussion where the experiences, visions and careers of female leaders are highlighted. The aim is to encourage an inclusive leadership culture based on diversity and collaboration..
A commitment to greater fairness
By creating these spaces for dialogue, Migros Vaud is affirming its commitment to equal opportunities and personal development. Participants are invited to reflect together on current challenges and levers for action to change leadership practices in all sectors of society. The meetings take place twice a year in May and November.
