For 25 years, under the direction of Nora Vonder Mühll and Stefan Colombo, the Schaffhausen theatre Sgaramusch has been producing touring plays for young and adult audiences. The plays are created after intensive research with the target audience. The group uses a wide variety of means for the presentation: puppetry, dance, performance, acting, music and soundscapes. The group attaches great importance to incorporating as many perspectives as possible on a topic and to exposing the audience to as much as possible. With its plays, Theater Sgaramusch gets close to the audience and not just in theatre spaces. This has enabled performances on four continents, in both small and large venues.

Janina and Luca can no longer find their fairy tale book. When they learn that the story of Snow White has got mixed up and caused a fairytale jam, they travel to fairytale land to restore order to the chaos. On their journey to the fairytale characters and mythical creatures, they are confronted with themes that are surprisingly present: the desire to be beautiful, to be loved and to be self-determined. During their adventure, they fail with relish at the question of absolute truth.
Sandra Suter wrote the play text and 10 children's songs during the lockdown. Theatre Sgaramusch coaches her production team in bringing "S'letschte Märlibuech" to the stage for an audience aged 6 and over. They support the production management with questions about budget, venues, co-operations, fundraising, sponsoring and marketing as well as dramaturgical issues
