Project
Ferhat Türkoglu examines and documents the artistic process and para-theatrical staging strategies that are concealed in the creation and representation of a pop figure. The pop figure as a category of art figure is understood as an independent artistic-performative work. Phil Hayes accompanies the artistic creation process of Ferhat's pop figure FERHAT. Both document and analyse the "becoming of FERHAT" from the staging of his first public media appearance to music videos and his debut concert.
