Harpist Julie Campiche has pioneered jazz and is constantly innovating as an artist. She expands her sound palette in improvisation with electronic effects. In doing so, she has developed her own distinctive technique and musical language. Julie introduces her harp into the world of jazz and contemporary music in a very organic way and is regularly booked to perform all over Europe. In 2018, her quartet was selected at the 12 Points Festival in Dublin and nominated for the Montreux Jazz New Talent Awards. The press describes the quartet as one of the most exciting jazz bands in Switzerland. Julie also composes music. In 2020, she received a scholarship from the Leenaards Foundation to further her training in this area. https://www.juliecampiche.com
Projet
Julie Campiche's development program focuses on five main points:
- Using tools and methods to achieve the goals set out in the calendar.
- Developing self-confidence (woman empowerment) to enable her to constructively deal with interactions in her professional environment and with her employees.
- Developing communication that is appropriate for her various projects: what is communicated, how and with whom, on which platforms and with which partners.
- Building a network to promote the artist in her main areas of performance: Switzerland, Germany and France.
Developing a strategy for seeking private funding from foundations and patrons.
These five points should enable Julie Campiche to create a solid foundation for the sustainable development of her career and to take the next steps: greater visibility, expansion of her collaborations and professional network, and establishing herself in new regions.
Julie's note:
develop a new strategy that will enable me to adapt to new circumstances efficiently and constructively. To do this, I need to be able to exchange ideas with a person I can trust and who knows the area. Laurence is perfect for this. At the same time as this reorganization, I am currently working on a solo project. It is also a new chapter in my musical career. This new repertoire will certainly open up new horizons for me. I therefore need to be able to rely on a solid organisation to be able to cope with an increase in my workload.
