At DuoDay Suisse, young people experience their dream job
DuoDay brings companies and people with disabilities together.
On 10 June 2025, DuoDay builds bridges: people with physical or sensory impairments explore their dream job by spending a day with an employee in a local company. This experience allows them to showcase their skills and reveal their potential to employers. Companies also benefit from the tandems: they test inclusive work models and recruit motivated talents. Through this exchange, DuoDay breaks stereotypes and facilitates inclusion. Trust to Achieve also networks companies that already employ people with disabilities and promotes the exchange of valuable experience.
