Culture, sport and dialogue for all at Burrischopf
The interim use of Burrischopf creates space for art, sport and diverse needs.
The Burrischopf in the heart of Zurich is much more than a place for culture and sport. It invites people in the neighbourhood to claim the space they deserve. Everyone is welcome in the former EWZ building in Zurich Wipkingen. Those with special skills share their knowledge, actively contributing to a lively neighbourhood. The programme is varied and free of charge: from art exhibitions to bouldering, skating, petanque and yoga. FINTA+ (women, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender) people meet every Monday to exchange ideas. The interim use offers plenty of space for encounters, especially for those who otherwise have little space to themselves.
