My main focuses are
- Guiding institutions towards non-discriminatory structures
- Critical Whiteness
- Anti-black racism
- Counselling and support for people/groups affected by racism
How I can support
Do you need someone to run a basic workshop on racism and critical whiteness in your institution, group or organisation?
Are you affected by racism and need someone to support you in tackling it? Are you unsure whether your institution is non-discriminatory and want to find out? Do you need a racism-sensitive oeil exterieur or a care person for your dance or theatre piece? If so, then contact us!
What drives me
I assume that the vast majority of people want their fellow human beings to feel comfortable, respected and seen. However, this is not possible without understanding one’s own privileges and critically questioning them. Being non-discriminatory means constantly changing perspectives before concrete strategies for action can be tackled.
«For the privileged, equality feels like oppression.»
