How I can help
As an experienced consultant, I support organisations in developing a no-discrimination culture and promoting inclusion. My approach combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience to bring about sustainable change. I work with teams from various sectors, including cultural institutions, companies and research organisations. My offer, consisting of workshops, coaching and process design, is customised to the respective field of work. Together, we strengthen diversity and belonging.
What drives me
I am driven by the conviction that we all have a responsibility to contribute to a fairer society. I want to help create spaces in which people can talk openly with each other, learn from each other and develop empathy. In particular, I am interested in how feelings can help to build lasting solidarity. I want to help people and organisations to initiate positive change and shape a future that inspires optimism and motivates us to do good.
