How I can support

Thanks to the skills I acquired during my studies in counselling, coaching and conflict management – and also thanks to my open, transparent and cheerful attitude – I am able to respond sensitively to the needs of my clients. I take your needs seriously and visit you in person at your company or we can meet online via Teams or Zoom.

As someone who is personally affected, I experience time and again what it means when an offer is labelled as inclusive but, in reality, is not. It is important to me to show what inclusion really means and how disruptive it can be to find that offers are not completely barrier-free after all.

As a social worker and trained supervisor and coach, I know how to deal with various situations and can advise and/or mediate between parties.
