Joint initiative to help homeless people
At the Winterstube in Zurich, volunteers look after homeless people. To help them feel at ease even in challenging situations, the team plans to discuss their experiences in even greater depth.
On winter weekends, the Winterstube Zürich offers homeless people a warm place to stay, food, conversation and support with everyday challenges. Several dozen volunteers make this programme possible. To ensure they can cope well even in challenging situations, the Zurich City Monastery encourages interaction amongst the volunteers. They share their experiences, support one another and become a strong team.

«Most volunteers say that interacting with the team does them good. They can, for example, work together to come up with ideas for improvements.»
