Support for volunteers who help refugees and migrants find work
Capacity supports refugees and migrants in entering the labour market. Corporate volunteers are given targeted support to ensure they are happy to get involved as mentors.
The Capacity association supports people with experience of displacement or migration in entering the Swiss labour market. Volunteers from companies work alongside the programme’s participants to find creative solutions that can help them find work in Switzerland or set up their own business. A new support scheme ensures that the volunteers are also looked after. To ensure they can carry out their work with long-term commitment and enthusiasm, the scheme offers a structured introduction programme, opportunities for dialogue, and appreciation.
