DoubleArt offers mentoring for artists and curators.
How does DoubleArt work?
The project invites applications for a total of 3 mentors from artists and curators. The programme aims to facilitate an exchange of ideas about the mentees’ own artistic or curatorial practice, promote professional independence and strengthen and expand networking in existing local, national and international networks.
Requirements
- Only applications from Swiss residents who have completed their professional training/education (at least a bachelor's degree) are considered.
- The partnership usually lasts 1 year.
- Ten working meetings are planned, each lasting a minimum of two to a maximum of eight hours.
- At the end of the partnership, an insight into the project developed during the coaching will be published on this website.
What we support
In principle, all forms of artistic creation and curatorial work are permitted.
Only applications from Swiss residents who have completed their professional training/education (at least a bachelor's degree) are considered.
Deadlines and decisions
At the end of the call for applications (3 months), the mentors review the applications together with an expert.
The selection process and determination of the winner takes a maximum of two weeks. After this period, applicants receive their acceptance or rejection notice.
