Transparency is important to Zacharias Huwyler – and this also applies to the way he works. The political economist honed his sense of what this means during his time at a young company at the interface of digitalisation and ethics, as well as while establishing a start-up. He believes that profitability and social responsibility are not mutually exclusive, and that trial and error are among the biggest drivers of innovation, including at the Migros Pioneer Fund.
