What is Veggie Day? The event dedicated to the world vegetarian day.
Swisstainable, the Swiss Tourism initiative that raises awareness of environmental protection, launched the Veggie Day for the occasion, in which we participate to promote sustainable gastronomy.
Menu:
- Vegan tartare, roasted spring onion and confit cherry tomatoes
- Perfect soft egg inside, in a cage of potatoes, vegetables and roasted porcini mushrooms
- Mont blanc of chestnuts and meringues

- Our à la carte restaurant, on the fourth floor of Fiore di pietra, offers for this day an additional, vegetarian menu for Fr. 56.-.
- Our Generoso self-service restaurant will also offer a wide choice of vegetarian dishes for the occasion.
